Restaurant Tesi

The Tesi restaurant offers cuisine made from fresh, seasonal and extraordinary quality products, preparing a daily menu, a group menu, personalised menus and a la carte, made up of culinary specialities prepared for our chef Xavier Vallecillos, trained at the Joviat d'Hostaleria i Turisme school in Manresa, and who has worked in prestigious places such as El Bulli, El Racó de Can Fabes, Gorria or Restaurante Aligué. The Tesi restaurant also offers products and dishes within the concept of Cocina del Perlegrino, participating in the Manresa 2022 initiative.
