La Fonda (Món Sant Benet)

At the La Fonda restaurant they reinterpret the Catalan gastronomy of Ignasi Domènech (a pioneer of modern gastronomy from Manresa). It is located within the Món Sant Benet complex. The La Fonda Restaurant also offers products and dishes framed within the concept of pilgrim cuisine, participating in the Manresa 2022 initiative.
