The L'Ó restaurant, awarded a Michelin star in 2013, was created with the aim of making its customers enjoy every aspect. Chef Jordi Llobet offers an evolving cuisine that fuses modernity and tradition, based on memory, creativity and the product. Suggestive and daring recipes, with the most innovative technique put at the service of the traditional flavours and ingredients of traditional Catalan cuisine. In addition, l'Ó is one of the restaurants in the region that includes the principles of Pelegrino's cuisine on its menu, participating in the Manresa 2022 initiative.
