Health Quality Seal

The City Council promotes the Health Quality Seal (QS) to help highlight establishments that stand out for their high level of compliance with hygiene and health safety standards and measures, offering consumers a space of trust and safety.

The seal represents the entire establishment, from the building’s structures to the staff and management, the practices they carry out, and the working system, as it provides an overall assessment of hygienic and sanitary conditions. Obtaining this seal will allow establishments to clearly position themselves within the sector and stand out positively, making a difference compared to competitors.

Only those establishments that have voluntarily chosen to take on a strategic challenge to improve the quality of their business — working, among other factors, on hygienic and health safety — will be awarded the seal, with the aim of being recognized by citizens as spaces of trust and safety.
